For the power system, if it is a diesel engine, regularly change the engine oil, diesel filter, and air filter; check the fuel injector atomization; and adjust the valve clearance. If it is an electric motor, check the carbon brush wear; regularly perform insulation tests on the motor; and clean the dust inside the motor.
Regarding the dredging device, for cutter suction dredgers, the cutter head should be repaired or replaced promptly after wear; regularly check the seal of the cutter shaft to prevent mud and water from entering the bearings. For chain bucket dredgers, the chain needs regular lubrication; check the wear of chain links and bucket teeth; and replace severely worn parts promptly.
In the conveying device, pay special attention to easily worn parts of the pipes; repair or replace them with wear-resistant materials. Regularly adjust the tension of the conveyor belt; check for wear and scratches on the belt surface; and repair or replace it promptly.
