Our History
From 1990 to 1993, the first dismoutable Bucket Sand Dredger was successfully developed and manufactured, addressing the unmet product needs domestically and globally.
In 1995, the Sand Dredger was successfully updated with application of the gearbox, reverse gearbox, and screening parts.
In 1997, the Chain Bucket Gold Mining Dredger was produced, using technologies such as gold adhering felt.
In 1999, the second generation Bucket Dredger was successfully developed. More than 80% of the components such as the bucket, chain, pin, gantry, hull structure, screening structure, and keel, were improved and tested successfully and have been in use ever since.
In 2000, the four-wheel walking excavator was successfully developed in cooperation with the Beijing Academy of Agricultural Sciences.
In 2001, the vibrating screen and water washing wheel were successfully developed and have been used on the equipment still now.
In 2003, the river magnetic separation ship was successfully developed, installing a magnetic separator on a sand dredger. Since then, most domestic rivers containing iron powder have chosen this equipment to select iron concentrate.
In 2006, the agitating sluice box and water jacket Gold Mining Machine were successfully developed. In 2006, our company established a new factory in Huanglou New Officeto to expand production. In the same year, the company's products began to be exported to Nigeria.
In 2008, the first 4000 m³/h cutter suction dredger was sold to Nigeria, the improved crawler type Amphibious Salt Mining Vessel was successfully developed. As a heavy duty equipment for mining natural salt mines, it saved a lot of manpower and material resources for customers as a revolutionary product in the salt mining industry.
In 2010, the company customized the first CSD300 dismountable cutter suction dredger for the Heilongjiang Waterway Bureau, which obtained the national ZC Class Certificate.
In 2011, the improved Suction Dredger was successfully developed, obtaining the European CE certification, and was exported to Poland. By the end of 2019, this Polish customer had repurchased 8 identical dredger.
In 2013, the 300 ton Bucket Sand Dredger was successfully developed and obtained the national inspection certificate.
In 2014, the Self-Propelled Trailing Suction Hopper Dredger was successfully developed.
In 2016, the Logistic Platform Barge was successfully produced for Guyana (French).
In 2018, the large scale improved port dredger with national ZC Class Certificate was successfully put into operation.
In 2019, 5 dredgers with ZC certificates were produced for China Railway 20th Bureau Group Co., Ltd.
2019.08, The Offshore Platform was successfully developed and delivered to Egypt for laying undersea optical cables.
In 2020, three cutter suction dredgers of 4000 m³/h water flow were sent to Bangladesh, opening up the Bangladeshi market. The New Mud King(multifunctional amphibious dredger) was sold to Indonesia. The annual export volume exceeded 30 million yuan.
In 2021, 5 cutter suction dredgers were exported to India, taking up a 55% market share in India. The export volume exceeded 35 million yuan.
In 2022, multiple dredgers and multi-functional boats were exported to Africa and South America. Sales in the same year increased by 20%.
In 2023, the company participated in the water ecological restoration project of the Yanghe Reservoir in Huailai County, Zhangjiakou City, Hebei Province.
In 2024, 7 cutter suction dredgers were exported to India, achieving an 85% market share in the Indian market. The export volume in the same year amounted to 50 million yuan, setting a new historical high.
In 2025, the fifth generation of New Mud King was successfully upgraded and exported to South America.
Dredger Installation & Training
Free Assembling and Training Service：
Successful installment of the dredger is essential to ensure dredge performance and operations. We are able to provide you assembly of your dredger as well as free training to your operators through our experienced dredge builders and trainers.
Installments：
- Unload product parts from the transportation
- Assemble pontoons
- Install cabins, chairs, operation board, detective devices, air-conditioner.
- Install engines, generators, pump, gearbox, noise-mute system, hydraulic system, electric system inside the dredge center pontoon.
- Arrange dredge deck including install winches, wires, safety barriers
Testing：
Ship's performance test 1: River Trials
The river trails will be conducted by YS Dredging Company to demonstrate the dredge machinery and its equipment flexibility
Ship's performance test 2: Speed Trails
The speed trails will be down over a course at least one nautical mile in length. Two runs must be made over the course, one in each direction with the speeds for the two runs averaged.
Ship's performance test 3: Endurance Trail
The dredge will be operated at maximum speed for a minimum of ten minute intervals in the fully loaded condition over one hour period considering the break in procedures of the dredging equipment. During the endurance trails, it will demonstrate that all parts of the systems are in full operation. All systems will be operated to check for proper lubrication, control and alignment. Fuel consumption also will be recorded for the one hour trail.
